JACK WAYNE SMITH
April 3, 1941 - September 11, 2012
It is with the deepest sorrow that we mourn the passing of our beloved husband and father. Even though he fought until his last breath to stay with us, he now joins his brothers and sister. May they find happiness together again. Jack will be missed by numerous family members and friends, especially his wife of 32 years, Leanne and daughter Darlene and son-in-law Chad. A Celebration of Jack's Life will be held on Sunday, September 23, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street and Manitoba Avenue. Please, only wear black if it's what you want. In lieu of flowers, Jack asked that you raise a glass and remember the good times you had with him.
