Richard Wojcik's Funeral Chapel Winnipeg - Harold Oman Funeral Arrangemensts

HAROLD EUGENE OMAN

Unexpectedly, on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, Harold Eugene (Gene) Oman passed away at the age of 84 years.
Gene is survived by his wife of 56 years, Monelle; son Eric; daughters Genelle and Dorrilee (Grant) Ruffeski; grandchildren Natasha, Eric, Carson and Genessa; sister Donna (Walter) Goldau; numerous nieces; nephews; and his Scottish terriers Lexi and Mary-Jo. He was predeceased by his parents Harold and Alma; brothers Lyle and Lorne; and son-in-law Ed.
As a member of the Masons and Order of the Eastern Star, Gene held many positions in both organizations. He retired from the CNR after 37 years of service and thoroughly enjoyed his retirement years at the lake.
As per Gene’s request, there will be no funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, Siloam Mission or a charity of your choice.
Thank you to the Pine Falls Ambulance service, Constable Johnson of the RCMP and to our friends and neighbours for your caring assistance.
Richard Wojcik of Wojcik’s Beausejour Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, is in care of arrangements. wojciksfuneralchapel.com 204.268.2263.
