Richard Wojcik Funeral Director - Bonnie Bukoski

BONNIE BUKOSKI

Suddenly on Monday, December 31, 2012, Bonnie passed away at the age of 67 years.
Left to cherish Bonnie’s memory are her beloved husband of 42 years, Cashmer; daughters Christine (David), Holly (Lisa), Marilyn (Trevor); grandchildren, Cameron, Nicholas, and Kaitlyn; step grandchildren Christopher and Meagan; brothers Les Oliver (Jo Ann), Wayne Oliver (Brenda); as well as numerous nieces; nephews; relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Eva Oliver; and son in law Manuel Cuadros.
On August 23, 1945 Bonnie was born in Winnipeg, MB and resided in Tyndall, MB. She met the love of her life, Cashmer in 1969, and married shortly after on October 10, 1970.  The city girl was quickly accepted to the country family as her last name was Oliver just like the tractor on the farm.
Bonnie will be remembered by all, for her selflessness, big laugh, and even bigger heart.  She spent most of her life as a devoted mother and wife.  When her girls were older, she worked briefly at Gateway Restaurant, and later as Secretary at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church.  Bonnie devoted many years to the church, especially the youth, and was affectionately known by many community children as "Granny B".  She especially enjoyed getting together with family and friends for whatever the occasion, or no reason at all. Her family and friends meant the world to her, and there was nothing that she wouldn't do for them. Bonnie was adored by her grandchildren, and loved nothing more than being surrounded by them.  She had many friends, but Margaret, Claire and Dorothy, held a special place in her heart.
Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, 530 Atlantic Avenue, Beausejour, MB. Interment will take place privately at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations in Bonnie's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
Bonnie’s Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to her “son”, Richard Wojcik of Wojcik’s Funeral Home.

“Mom you may be gone from this Earth,
but you will forever be here in our hearts.
Love you.”
