PAUL ADOLF HINDEMITH
On Friday, January 4, 2013 Heinz Paul Adolf
Hindemith, age 77, passed away peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital.
Heinz will be remembered by his wife Anita; sons
Detlef (Sherrill), their children Ryan and Justin; Ralph (Lesley), their
children Jordan and Brittany; daughter Annette (Randall Hay), and their
children Elizabeth (Scott Miller) and Christopher; brothers Klaus (Ursula) and
Dieter (Renate); nieces and nephews in Germany; as well as numerous relatives
and friends.
On February 17, 1935 Heinz was born in Trebnitz,
Schlesien, Germany. He married Anita in 1958, and came to Canada in 1960. Until his retirement in 2000 he worked in the
steel fabrication industry. He will be
remembered for his friendly demeanor, caring nature and always willing to help
out. Heinz was greatly loved by his
family and will be deeply missed, until we meet again.
Heinz’s Funeral Service will be held
on Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Peters Lutheran Church, 65
Walnut Street. For those who wish, viewing will be held prior to the Service. Interment will follow in
Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue.
Our family extends our sincere gratitude to the
staff at the palliative care units of St. Boniface Hospital and Riverview
Health Centre, for their compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the
Palliative Care Programs at St. Boniface Hospital, Riverview Health Center, or
a charity of your choice.
