Dear Richard & Staff,
Thank you very much Richard, for being such a great guy & helping us thru such a sad time. You did it with respect, dignity & kindness & it was very much appreciated by us all. My sister, daughter & I also appreciated your candor, frankness & honestly that afternoon we met with you, while planning Dad's funeral.
