Dear Richard
I wanted to take a few moments to write to you to thank you for all your wonderful assistance during my Mother's passing. This was without a doubt, one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through but your guidance and most importantly your compassion helped us through it.
On behalf of myself, my brothers and our families, I thank you for caring for my mother with such grace and dignity. You are truly a credit to your profession, for all you have done for us.
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts
