Richard, thank you so much for your help with Mom's funeral.
Let me say again how appreciated your approach is - you take your cues from the family and the conversation follows in an appropriate way. Although the separation that happens with death causes great heartache, it truly is just a step closer tot he big party that awaits us all so a funeral director who's able to muster a little light-hearted banter is really refreshing!
