In the Province of Manitoba it is not mandatory for Funeral Home Owners, Licensed Funeral Directors, Embalmers or their staff to have Criminal Record Checks on a regular basis required by the Board of Administration under the Embalmers and Funeral Directors Act of Manitoba.
