Richard Wojcik Funeral Director - Douglas Guiton Funeral Service Arrangements

DOUGLAS “DOUG” EDWARD GUITON

In memory of Douglas Edward Guiton, originally of Montreal, most recently of Winnipeg, who passed from us on Monday, October 22, 2012, at the age of 92 years.
Doug was a principled gentleman and proud family man who served his country with dedication in WWII, at D-Day and during the ensuing European campaign, with the 3rd Canadian Assault Division. He was predeceased by his loving wife Margaret Mabel Webster, and is survived by his children, Brenda, Jim, Rick (Gillian), Joanne (Bob), and Steven (Michèle); thirteen grandchildren; and his seven great grandchildren.
A private family service will be held.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff and nurses at the Deer Lodge Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations kindly made to the Heart and Stroke or Deer Lodge Foundations.
Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel is in care of arrangements.

“Love you forever, Dad.”
