Dear Richard Wojcik and Staff,
It is with real gratitude that I write this letter on behalf of myself, my family and my late husband for the respectful and competent manner in which your staff assisted us in the time of our need.
We especially wish to thank Leslie Coutts who assisted us with patience and professionalism.
An out of town guest was very impressed that when a staff person came to remove the rose, cup and photo of my husband from the table at the front, that the staff had shown a small bow of respect before gently gathering the items into a bag.
Your inclusion of a laminated copy is a very thoughtful touch.
Thank you all so much for making such a difficult, sad time a little easier
