HOLLY ANN CLATTENBURG
June 1, 1984 - November 30, 2014

Clattenburg, Holly Ann, age 30, of York Landing, Manitoba - With profound sadness and broken hearts, the family of Holly Ann Clattenburg announce her passing on November 30, 2014 at the York Nursing Station, York Landing, Manitoba, surrounded by her extended teaching family. 
Born on January 6, 1984 in Liverpool, N.S., she was a daughter of Daisy (Owen) Wilkens and Michael (Pollyanna) Clattenburg. A graduate of Acadia University, N.S., Holly studied at Macmaster University, Ont., Holy Angels School, N.S., and Université Sainte-Anne, N.S. Holly started her teaching career teaching in several schools in Windsor, N.S.; from there her journey took her to Pukatawaga, M.B., where she taught at Sakaster School, and then to George Saunders Memorial School, M.B. Holly’s credentials were received with the highest degree of excellence and professionalism. She was loved by all her students and they always created a special bond with her. 
Holly was a warm, generous, kind-hearted lady, who always had an infectious smile. Her love for humans and animals was equal; all God’s creations had the same special spot in her heart. 
Besides her parents and step-parents, Holly is survived by her maternal grandmother, Rebecca “Nanny” Budgell; her brothers, Kenn Tam and Herbert Austin “Auz” Clattenburg; her step-sisters, Jamie Brewer, Lindsay Brewer, Stacey Wilkens, and Christina (Charles) Patterson; her step-brother, David Wilkens; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and extended family, and her best friend, Pamela Rideout. She will be dearly missed by her beloved dog, Annabell. Holly was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Carmen and Shirley Clattenburg, of Liverpool, N.S.; her grandfather, William “Pops” Budgell, of Point Leamington, N.L., and her step-brother, Stephen Brewer. 
Cremation has taken place with no visitation by request of family. A celebration of Holly’s life will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the J. Wilson Allen Funeral Home, Summerville, Hants Co., with a reception to follow at the Summerville Fire Hall. A committal service will be held at the White Point Cemetery, White Point, at a later date.
