JOSEPH MAMROCHA
It is with heavy hearts
and great sadness that we announce the passing of Ray Mamrocha on Friday,
September 26, 2014 at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 55 years, with
family by his side.
Left to mourn Ray’s passing are his wife Noreen
and three precious children Jodi, Kelsey and Tanner; sisters Angie (Bill),
Joan; brother Larry (Breeze); as well as by numerous nieces and nephews. He was
predeceased by his mother Helen and father Joseph. Ray will be greatly missed
by his family and friends.
Ray was born on February 27, 1959 in Beausejour
MB. The family moved to Winnipeg when he was a young boy. Growing up Rays’
passion was nice cars. At a young age he was an entrepreneur. He went on to be a very successful
businessman. Ray met Noreen in 1987 and
married in 1992. They had three
beautiful children; they were the light of his life.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 1,
2014 at 6:00 p.m. in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street @ Manitoba
Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. In keeping with Ray’s wishes, cremation will take place
and a Celebration of his
life will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. also in Wojcik’s
Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Trudy Thorarinson, presider. A private family
Interment will take place at a later date.
Flowers are gratefully declined. Should friends
and family wish a “Mamrocha Family Donation Account” has been set up at the
Assiniboine Credit Union, 2567 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB.
