Peacefully
in the early morning on Thursday, September 18, 2014 at the age of 94 Stacey
journeyed home into the arms of her parents Maria and Clemens. Also waiting for
Stacey’s arrival are Bill Jurens, Ann and John Bychuk, Walter Rohatynski
(WWII), Olga and Levin DeMan, Pauline Rohatynski, Kay and Jack Bernie,
Doug Monaghan. Left to cherish
Stacey’s memory are her sisters Tina Nichols, Helen Monaghan, and Jean Joy; as
well as by many nieces and nephews.
Stacey
enjoyed many aspects of life which included camping, yearly trips to Minnesota
to purchase hundreds of Gladiolus bulbs, which won her many ribbons both from the St. James Horticultural Society and Red River
Ex.
On
Thursday, September 25, 2014, Stacey’s Funeral Service will be held at 10:30
a.m., in Wojcik’s Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue @ Sharp Boulevard.
Many
thanks to the staff (2 West) for their excellent care at Oakview Personal Care
Home whom many have said they will miss her dry sense of humor. She was
one of a kind.
