It is with great sadness that the family

of 87 years at Victoria General Hospital.
Keitha is survived by daughters Louise Li

grandchildren Jennifer and Katherine Li, Tyler Thagard; as well by several
nieces and nephews in California. She was also predeceased by her parents John
and Charity Ruttan (Wattam); brother Gordon Kingston Ruttan in 1973; and
husband Raymond J. Allard July 29, 2006.
On December 16, 1926 Keitha was born in
Haileybury, Ontario. At age 18, she was employed at the Bank of Nova Scotia in
Haileybury, ON, then in North Bay, ON. at Lou Isaacs & Co. Accountants.
Keitha married Raymond Allard on November 11,

children and then began caring for others’ children. Keitha was a pioneer in
daycare, before daycare was daycare. She enjoyed her role in childcare for many
years including caring for her own grandchildren. Mom valued her many
friendships and kept in contact with her friends both near and far. Her
interests were music, gardening, knitting, and embroidering. Keitha was a
member of Mary, Mother of the Church. She was active in the C.W.L. for over 55
years, and enjoyed singing in the church choir.
