I didn't have an opportunity to reach you before we left, but I wanted to thank you very much for everything that you did for my Mom and Dad.
It was a big burden off our shoulders that you and your team were there for us when Mom passed away.
Thank you again for everything - don't be offended when I say I hope not to see you soon!
