Even words themselves cannot express how thankful we are for people like you at a time in our lives when we fell so sad and all actions and decisions are so hard.
Richard, we are especially thankful to you. I know and understand that this is your business and you were always professional, but we are all human as well with feelings and emotions.
I imagine that working with us in these circumstances was difficult for you too and we thank you for taking care of Brett's arrangements.
